Hello all,

I am 24 and strongly considering a career switch to Real Estate Appraisal. I am seeking some experienced appraisers' comments on the profession as a whole (day in the life, pros&cons, career paths, etc.). I understand the commitment in regards to obtaining a trainee license but am concerned that it will be difficult to find a position with a firm in this economic climate. What do you think? Any advice would be much appreciate. Thanks!!
