Have an exterior inspection to do for an individual. Not for any financial
institution. Just wondering what form I should use. A friend recommended using the GPar form. but where from i get the form? She has ACI. Any suggestions?

I believe that she is reffering to the AI Ready forms.....Use the old 2055 form...Just be sure to addendim your SOW...

That’s sort of a ACI “Generic” version of the AI non-lending form that IS in the WinTOTAL package. If this is just for a pre-listing sort of assignment, I'd probably stick with the tried-and-true 2055 and an updated Scope of Work
statement.
