Hello everyone. Great forum. I am wondering if anyone knows of any online appraisal schools or courses? As this is something I'm interested in, I could most definately work the course and 'apprentice' to someone already in this line of work. Is this possible?

I am in the United States and I was wondering if I am just best off trying to make the time to go to the local college for courses? I am a little leary of the online schools since I have heard about a lof of them being scams. What do you all think?

It does become a personal choice.....The opportunity to network cannot be replaced.....Many states will not allow on-line for peliminary schooling...check what your State requires..

I took my classes online w/ Allied Real Estate School. They're located in Laguna Hilla, CA. Great course! I finished in about a couple months.

If you have the time do what Don did and take the course over a long period of time. You'll learn and remember a lot more! Plus build relationships with others in the class room which you can use for job leads, marketing and maybe even future business ventures!

When I was getting my hours, I went online to allied business school online.

It took 4-6 months to complete the education req. for trainee in CA.

Try the Appraisal Institute. Many of their online courses are AQB approved. The important thing, though, is to check with your state to see if they accept online education. FL is pretty difficult with that..and everything else!

its pretty interesting to study online.. i havent tried it but if given a chance i will. yeah its important to know if our state do accept online classes or you have to check it out first if it accepts online education. but i heard there are some courses who can be studied online too.

I just completed some online CE Appraisal Classes at dynasty schools. It was very good and best of all easy and quick.

Did a search for atv repair online classes and came across this. Thought it was interesting and possibly doing it just learn more and was wondering if anyone else has done this or seen it. I dont know if you get a certificate or anything but Im at least going to look into it to see whats its all about. If anyone has any input let me know
