Estimating the real value of estate property at the moment is a litle bit pointless because of the global market situation. Many people monitoring the property market now as investment oportunity (valuable backup for the near future). yeah current economical drag has huge impact on real estate market. prices are going down and down. rock bottom prices are expected in end of 2010. so from my opinion its good to invest in 2010 as prices will slash down more in comming days.
