We are developing a floor plan drawing & data collection tool for use by any one who wish to draft existing conditions. The product is near beta and any one who has a windows mobile device and does not have a sketching solution can test drive the product. Please see the attached drawing whether it fits your usage.

Desktop Installation requirement:
OS : Windows XP with Active Sync.

Windows Mobile Installation
OS : Windows Mobile 5.0 Or above.
RAM : 192MB or above with 64MB RAM free.
Processor Speed : 400Mhz or higher
Distance measurement : Leica DISTO A6 or higher
Wall Joint angle : mite-R-Gage
