The letters below can be googled. These letters rewrite several parts of the 4150.2. This book was written in 1996 and some changes have been made without altering the original document, however supplemental letters were used. :)

In the 4150.2, I would say the inspection list and the warnings about conduct are the most important. These requirments exceed typical conventional expectations. These still stand strong.
