Are any appraisers more interested in doing the field work and less interested in doing the office work, paper work and analytical work involved in doing an appraisal? Does anyone have any idea how I can do more field work and less officework without incurring a high cost employee. I would like to know am I in the minority because I would rather be doing fieldwork, inspections and dropping in on potential clients or the majority.
