I need some advice I was a licensed real estateappraiser who was revoked in Virginia in 2002 for the conduct of a trainee that I supervised. I want to see if a licensed apprasier would let me work under them for 2 years while i make enough money to get all the newly required classes . To make a long story short I was revoked due to the trainee adding sq ft that was not there and making up comparables sales. These event happend in 1997-99 period when the internet was not in full swing like it is now. I accept that my diligence was lacking in the supervison of her work. I just want to see if I can get the license back. I was told by the VirginiaAppraiser Board that i could get i t back, but have to go before the board to plead my case. Any suggestion on how to approach anappraiser to help me out and to confrim to them that I would never do such a thing under them like making up comps and sq ft. Please advise
