I'd like to take a small, non-scientific appraiser survey which I intend to expand depending on how many responses it gets...please help by participating.

Question 1 - Do you accept assignments from appraisal management companies?

Question 2 - If so, why? If not, why?

Question 3 - Name 3 benefits of working for ACMs.

Question 4 - Name 3 problems with working for ACMs.

More will follow depending on responses.

Q1: Rarely, if ever
Q2: I won't work for a fraction of my typical fees.
Q3: Guaranteed to get paid, work volume (if fees are low enough), can't think of a third
Q4: Low fees, constant status requests, phone service rep's have no appraisal experience and can't communicate properly with appraisers.
