One thing I would suggest is learning how to do the reports thoroughly. Supervisors are pretty reluctant to take someone on with no experience. I'm a Supervisor in LA and have been training Trainees for the past 2 years. I would suggest going to my site area48network .com. I've put together some great info for trainees...how to do the reports, comp checking, etc. Hope that helps and good luck.
