First let me start by saying I am a Real Estate Appraiser in Bakersfield, CA. I operate three different appraisal websites that generate my business. Here is the secret to get you website listed high on major search engines. See below.

1. Link to other appraiser websites that will increase your search ranking on google, yahoo and msn etc...all three of my website are currently ranked high on all major search engines...

2. Email me (view my profile for email) and I will send you my html code to insert my three links on your website (this thread will only allow html after you have made 15 posts).

3. Add my html code. Then email me and I will add your link to all three of my websites.

These are my three websites you are partnering with:

getnorthstar.com - website is 2.5 years old and is ranked #1 on google using keywords terms, "appraiser bakersfield" etc....

tularecounty.com - 3 mo. old website currently ranked in top 10 on google using terms, "tulare county appraiser" etc....

kerncountyappraisal.com - 3 mo. old website that ranks in the top 10 on yahoo using the terms "kern county appraisal" etc...
