Seems like an interesting company. I have not attended their seminars...though it does look promising!

Have you heard if Zaio is a good company or not! I am just curious if anyone has started working with them and what feedback they might have? Thanks

Their current stock price is .95 cents a share. I do not think they will be around much longer. You may want to check other appraisal forums for similar threads. I have yet to hear of a Zaio zone owner making any money. If someone is making money on Zaio please post your story/earnings.

They bought Appraisal.com in bankruptcy court this month. That included DayOne.

There are many posts that have dealt with Zaio extensively. There are many things that appear inappropriate. Many think it is a pyramid scam. After five years they have no real system, will not answer relevant questions. I suggest that you look up the many Zaio blogs/articles on Appraisalscoop.com and activerain.com.... There is tremendous skepticism for very good reason in the appraisal community. Half-truths and misconceptions are some but not all....

They have closed in the US. Sorry, those who bought zones. Maybe you can "write it off' next year when you pony up for your fraudulant "income tax" that does not exist except for those who have not read "Cracking the Code", a book. Look it up.
