I recently was offered an job with an appraisal company. They are paying for school, I get a base pay (during training), and hopefully my own market after training. I was reading that last post and I am worried about too many appraiser. This company is well-established and has many offices, but I am concerned about the slow market even though appraisals still need to be done. Does anyone have any advice or comments on my situation? Thanks!

I just kinda wonder, with all the Trainees out there looking for work, why they are willing to pay for your schooling, pay you during it and ETc...I am sure you are following where I am going...
