Help! I'm new to real estate and looking at several brokerages. What brokerage or independent program will provide me with the best agent education? What do they offer? Thanks!

What state are you living in? There are a whole bunch...I don't want to recommend one school in CA if you are going to be living in Texas :)

The Appraisal Institute, in my opinion, offers the best in QE and CE. They have chapters across the country that offer education, and, I believe they are the only education provider that has all of their QE AQB approved.

I would also suggest Allied schools for online courses.

McKissock does a good job and is available in many states.

I am not saying they are the best, however they are well organized and will teach well.

McKissock doesn't have most of their education AQB approved, whereas the Appraisal Institute does. This is especially important now.

I am more interested in my state (Missouri) and one neighboring state (Illinois) approve. McKissock has been one of the few providers attemting to service both states in classes along the border.

Two states are important to me as I gained an Illinois Certification through reprocity, however I have to meet continuing education for both states. McKissock offered courses that were approved in both states, allowing me to not have to the double continuing ed.

There are a number of different places where you can get a student loan. Talk to the financial aid office at your school and then do your research online. Your best bet is to compare multiple lenders to see what the best interest rate is that they will offer you.
