My wife and I are starting our basic real estate school. saturday and plan on being licensed and working by the end of Sept. I realize there is a million ways to promote yourself and with enough money behind you everyone in town will know your name and what you do but, I am wondering when it comes to advertising to the mass"s where do you find you get the most bang for your buck?(I.E. bill boards, car signs, mailings?) all advice is appreciated.
