I sold my first house through a guy who responded to a craigslist ad I put out. Now I have another house to sell (yes, it's a bad market, but the tradeoff on the buy side makes it all worthwhile), but I'm reluctant to go through craigslist now just because of all the bad stuff I've been reading about murders, rapes, scams, etc. Is there a way to get around this when posting online? My sister told me about backpage.com anyone tried listing on there? Are there any other sites anyone knows about that might be of use?
