McAfee Antivirus interferes with the normal functioning of the surveillance software used by the Viewgate DVR card. It detects files installed and used by the program as 'threats' and deletes / cleans them.

I am currently using Window 7 Ultimate 64bit and all i can say is that i am quite surprise with the way Microsoft security essential has turn out. It was able to clean the virus which AVG failed. Microsoft security essential doesn't annoy you with popup or anything, it will quietly clean your system and keep on monitoring it.
